Currently, the use of electronic cigarettes has become popular among schoolchildren, while this habit is considered harmless. In the research, the composition of smoking liquids was studied, qualitative reactions to polyhydric alcohols and nicotine were carried out, the presence of nicotine in them was determined by spectroscopy in the ultraviolet region of light, and the potential harm of electronic cigarettes was estimated by bioindication.
