Ice-cream is a dessert not only tasty and favourite by all, it also is very useful for health as develops substance – serotonin (the playful name of this substance «a happiness hormone») which in a human body is responsible for excellent mood and rescues from possible stress. To such conclusions known English researchers have come. Therefore it is not necessary to catch at a bottle with alcohol or to jam the grief a pie, the best way of improvement of mood is an ice-cream. We assume that the structure of modern ice-cream, differs from structure of ice-cream which was eaten with our grandmothers. Most likely: this difference will consist in percentage of fats and on their quality because the structure of modern ice-cream includes nonlimiting (vegetative) fats. All other components will strongly not change taste and quality of ice-cream.

М.V. Lomonosov – great Russian scientist

Mikhail Vasilievich Lomonosov is one of the founders of modern natural history. He had studies in chemistry, physics, mathematics, astronomy. He developed atomic-molecular views on matter’s structure and made a theory, that bodies consist of “corpuscles” and these “corpuscles” in their turn consist of “elements”. This theory matches modern views on molecules and atoms. He created a kinetic theory of warmness, figured out the principle of matter’s and energy’s preservation. Lomonosov established many chemical productions in Russia, he was a founder of implementation of mathematical and physical methods in chemistry. Lomonosov studied the atmospheric electricity, he gave the proper explanation of atmosphere’s presence on the planet of Venus.
