Summary

The article deals with the main categories of substances found in peppers and other "hot" plants. The structure and properties of the vanilloid receptor are considered. It is shown that TRPV1-receptor is a critical integrator of different pain stimuli. In this connection, it is regarded as a promising therapeutic target in the treatment of pain conditions. Thus, the search for modulators of TRPV1-receptor is one of the most important general scientific problems.

The scenario of a role-play "The eco-friendly clever city – the city of the future" has been designed for vocational guidance of seniors. The role-play can be used in the class as well as in extracurricular activities, in the system of additional education of children, and in organizing team work while preparing and holding the Olympiads, competitions, festivals.

The article deals with issues related to the experience of using "startup experiment" in schools of Kyrgyzstan. The aim of the article is to analyze the lessons and teachers' reports on a "startup experiment", revealing their characteristics and drawbacks in their conducting. The paper describes the structure and features of the proposed format of the lesson, its goals, methods and techniques to achieve the results of the lesson. It is described in detail. Actions of the participants of the educational process in successive steps are described in detail. Conclusions and recommendations of the author are certain suggestions for improvement of the described method of teaching, including step-by-step students’ work.

Detection of amino acids in food

Determination of acidity of soft drinks and mineral waters

Summary

In this work the determination of pH of 14 items of "iced tea", 6 items of carbonated drinks containing natural juice, 10 items of traditional soft drinks, 13 items of purified drinking water and mineral water was carried out by using various types of pH test strips. Drinks with the lowest and highest pH were revealed. As a result of reviewing scientific literature, it was concluded that nowadays there is no objective scientific data indicating the ability of the carbonated beverages to cause chronic diseases due to its pH.

Summary

Theatrical performance is devoted to the 155th anniversary of the creation of the theory of chemical structure of organic compounds by A.M.Butlerov. The main and important conditions of increasing efficiency of teaching at present is not only maintaining students ' motivation to study the subject at the appropriate level, but also the systematic inclusion of students in the independent research activity and development of cognitive activity. The implementation of these directions in the learning process makes use of the principle of historicism, which not only promotes the acquisition of students ' knowledge about the subject, formation of their cognitive activity, but also allows them to be proud of their Motherland, and to develop careful attitude to historical and cultural heritage of our country. The scenario of extracurricular activities for 9–11-graders is dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the Butlerov theory of chemical structure. The purpose of the event is to acquaint students with the life of A. M. Butlerov and his contribution to the development of organic chemistry.
