The scenario of a chemistry lesson for 8-graders is suggested. It is designed according to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES). The lesson of acquiring new knowledge is conducted with the use of the technology of problematic dialogue. It is an educational technology of activity approach which allows implementing the requirements of FSES. The objective of the lesson is to create conditions for the independent and successful assimilation of new knowledge about the exchange reactions and the process conditions. The lesson of problematic dialogue provides a triple effect: qualitative assimilation of knowledge (subject ULA), the effective development of intellectual and creative abilities of students (meta-subject ULA), and upbringing of active personality (personal ULA).
