Solubility Tables of inorganic and organic substances

The solubility table is an important reference tool used in teaching chemistry at school. Unlike other reference materials, solubility tables from different sources can often contain conflicting solubility data. The article presents some contradictions that are often found in the solubility tables of inorganic substances, and also offers to the readers the option of implementing the design and research activities of students, which consists in compiling a table of solubility of organic acids and their salts in water.

The article explores the spectrophotometric and colorimetric methods for studying protein molecules, which have a long history and are widely used in laboratory practice.
